We offer a choice of three service packages which we will recommend once we have met with you and discussed your requirements.

For priority IT issues, such as your business’ main server is offline or a network switch has stopped working, we will respond to you within one hour of reporting the issue. With our proactive monitoring and maintenance, linked with remote access to the network, we expect to fix over 95% of issues without attending site.

In addition to the below packages, we are also able add in costs for new installations, and extended/weekend hours support.
